Information Technology Quality Control Inspector - (Active Secret Clearance)             ALT Enterprises Inc., a subcontractor of General Dynamics IT at the                                    United States Military Academy, West Point, NY                                                        February 2012 – Present

Ø       Provide on-site QA/QC technology construction oversight/management to U.S. Army Information Systems Engineering Command (USAISEC), including performance of site surveys, construction surveillance, installation inspections, test supervision and weekly status reporting on various U.S. Army Corps of Engineers/DPW projects, including OSP/ISP cable plant installations, data networks, voice networks, CATV/CCTV and security networks.

Ø       Conduct physical inspections of utility poles, maintenance/hand holes, duct banks, pedestals, underground and direct buried cable, fiber/copper terminations, equipment and cable racks/cabinets and end user facilities.

Ø       Ensure adherence to U.S. Army I3A Technical Criteria, as well as applicable TIA/EIA/IEEE/BICSI technical and OSHA workplace standards by contractors/technicians.

Ø       Provide technical management and quality control through observation, documentation and reporting of deviations from plans, workmanship deficiencies and safety concerns.

Ø       Provide deliverables, including weekly status reports, QC inspection checklists, installation discrepancy checklists, monthly cost status, drawings, site incident reports, QC project startup and closeout reports and as-built drawing inspection reports.

Ø       Perform daily on-site walkthroughs, review installation procedures and contract documents, maintain QC checklists and logs, check safety standards, witness IT tests, perform checkpoint reviews, and file daily and weekly inspection reports and incident reports.

Ø       Represent the U.S. Army Information Systems Engineering Command (USAISEC) at weekly contractor/owner project meetings, design review meetings and red zone meetings required by United States Army Corps of Engineers to determine outstanding issues and schedule pre-final and final inspections.
